Today I'm writing a possible conversation between a recepcionist and a client who is calling to complain about an order they made.
A: Good Morning! How can I help you?
B: Hello. I want to make a complaint about an online order I made last week.
A: Sorry, can you give me your name and your customer number?
B: My name is Marta Gómez and my customer number is 0367
A: Marta Gómez. 0367. Is that correct?
B: Yes.
A: Ok. What is the problem?
B: I ordered a package of ten socks and there are holes in most of them.
A: Ok, I will put you through the Customer Services Department. Hold on a minute.
