1.9 Buying a comput

Hello! 

Since Christmas is coming, I'm planning on buying a new computer, and this is the one I found:

I only want it so I can play some of my favourite games. I already have a laptop to play on, but it’s not good enough and it doesn’t support some games. This new computer I’m buying is way more faster and has better graphics, and it is not as expensive as it would normally be, because it’s currently on sale!


It was 886€, but it has a 32% discount and the final price is 599€, so it’s actually a very great deal. I’m ordering it tomorrow. I’ll tell you more about it when it arrives.

Hello! In this class we had to write an e-mail to a non speaking friend. This is what I wrote: Hi Mike! I've got a new job as an assistant buyer at Ralph Lauren. I prepare the budgets, place and track supplies, and negotiate with vendors. I work for a man named Bryan, which is Mark's cousin, the friend who recommended me for this job. I assist my boss with the selection of the products and pricing strategies. My colleage in the office is called Miranda, our desks are facing each other's so we chat a lot in our spare time and have lunch together everyday. We usually get some food from the market stalls that are right in front of our building. The buiding is in New York. Manhattan, to be more specific.
